The version in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that particular order. Any significant changes will be announced through our website or by email. Please take the time to review these Terms carefully before confirming any order, as they define the rights, responsibilities, and limits of liability between you (the customer) and Quick Clean Dry Cleaners.
To use our services, you must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of India. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria. Certain features of our site or app may require registration. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration and to keep them updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions carried out through your account. By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to Quick Clean Dry Cleaners storing and processing your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or delete user accounts at our discretion if we believe the Terms have been violated or for any other legitimate reason. Our laundry and dry-cleaning services are offered under various categories: Regular Service – Standard delivery as per the scheduled date. Express Service – Charged at twice the regular rate, with delivery typically the same or next business day. While we take the utmost care in handling every garment, Quick Clean Dry Cleaners cannot be held responsible for natural weaknesses or hidden defects in fabrics not visible prior to cleaning (such as leather, silk, satin, vinyl, or suede), fading, shrinkage, or fabric wear due to age or prior improper care, delays resulting from inaccurate order details or other circumstances beyond our control, or damage to fragile items cleaned at the customer’s request and risk. Shrinkage of curtains may occur, though re-stitching can be arranged at an additional charge. Express services are unavailable for certain heavy or bulky items such as carpets, footwear, or large curtains. Packaging and delivery fees apply to each order. We may revise service rates, delivery times, or terms without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect orders already accepted.
Please verify all order details before submitting your request. Quick Clean Dry Cleaners will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Your order becomes a confirmed contract only once we issue an order confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Each confirmed order will have a unique order number, which should be used in any correspondence. If we are unable to accept or complete your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and any payments made will be refunded if applicable.
You may request modifications to your order by contacting customer service prior to the scheduled collection time. Changes are accepted subject to availability and operational feasibility. Orders may be cancelled before pickup without penalty. Once items have been collected, cancellation rights are forfeited unless exceptional circumstances prevent service. If you wish to reschedule pickup or delivery within two hours of the original time, an additional fee may apply.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if external factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures prevent fulfilment, if the customer fails to make items available for collection or delivery, or if items appear hazardous or inconsistent with the order. In such cases, customers will be notified and items will be returned at no extra cost.
We strive to collect and deliver items at the agreed time, but exact timing cannot always be guaranteed. Any unavoidable delays will be communicated promptly. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts or the customer fails to respond for 90 days, Quick Clean Dry Cleaners reserves the right to responsibly dispose of or donate the unclaimed items. Customers may authorize a third party to receive their order or request that items be left in a designated place at their own risk. Please ensure our pickup and delivery personnel have appropriate access to the location.
Service prices are listed in our current price guide and may change periodically. Confirmed orders are billed at the rates prevailing at the time of booking. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be added to the total. Should tax rates change between order confirmation and payment, the final amount will reflect the updated rate. Payments may be made through approved digital or cash modes, and receipts will be provided upon request.
All trademarks, names, designs, content, and other intellectual property displayed on the Quick Clean Dry Cleaners website or mobile app belong to Quiclean Enterpries Private Limited. You are granted limited access to view and use the website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, modify, sell, or distribute any content or use automated systems to extract data from the site. Any materials or ideas voluntarily submitted to us through the website may be used by Quick Clean Dry Cleaners for operational or marketing purposes without additional compensation.
While we take care to ensure the accuracy and availability of our website and services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or complete freedom from errors or technical faults. The site and all information provided are supplied on an “as is” basis, without any warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for specific purposes. We shall not be liable for loss of profit, goodwill, or data arising from the use of our website or services, damages resulting from service delays or technical issues, or any indirect or consequential damages, even if foreseeable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed ₹1500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only). Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights under Indian consumer protection laws.
All garments entrusted to us are processed with care and in accordance with professional cleaning standards. However, Quick Clean Dry Cleaners is not responsible for damages caused by inherent weaknesses in materials, fading, or wear and tear not visible prior to cleaning. We reserve the right to refuse service for items deemed unsuitable for processing. Wash and tumble-dry procedures will follow the fabric-care guidelines displayed in-store and online.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, app, or services at any time and without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Termination will not affect any outstanding obligations or limitations of liability that by their nature should survive.
We take every reasonable precaution while cleaning your items. However, Quick Clean Dry Cleaners cannot be held responsible for hidden fabric flaws or weaknesses not visible before cleaning, damage caused by normal wear, fading, or deterioration, or missing or damaged accessories such as buttons, zippers, beads, or sequins. If an item is lost or damaged while in our care, compensation will be limited to ten times the cleaning cost of the item, up to a maximum of ₹3000, provided that the claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery and the original invoice or order reference is presented. Once compensation is approved, the affected garment will become the property of Quick Clean Dry Cleaners, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are advised to check item counts and quality upon delivery, as claims made later will not be entertained. Pickup and delivery services depend on staff and weather conditions, and availability may vary accordingly.
We inspect every garment before delivery to maintain the highest standards. If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning result, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We guarantee to re-clean the affected item free of charge, provided the request is made within this period. Requests made after 24 hours may be accepted at our discretion. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
